Sanitation – Janitorial Associate

JOB SUMMARY: The Sanitation/Janitorial Associate is responsible for the oversight of the sanitation and maintenance responsibilities of the facility, while maintaining adequate and current HAACP, GMP, SOP and pest control documentation. In addition, the Sanitation/Janitorial Associate will be responsible for management of third-party providers pertaining to the sanitation and maintenance functions.

PERFORMANCE OBJECTIVES INCLUDE:

  • Handling of sanitation functions throughout the facility in order to maintain the company’s goals for a clean and compliant workplace.
  • Responsibility of light-duty maintenance functions throughout the facility, as well as coordination with maintenance vendors to ensure a safe workplace.
  • Responsibility of completion of HAACP, GMP, and SOP documentation.

  • Adequately completes HAACP, GMP, SOP and pest control documentation.
  • Manages third party providers pertaining to sanitation and maintenance functions.
  • Support the Company’s mission, vision, values and goals in performance of daily activities.

 MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

  • Prior experience and knowledge of custodial and sanitation processes is preferred
  • Ability to interpret and carry out a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral or schedule form
  • Ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide all units of measure
  • Ability to read manuals and reports, workplace rules and procedures
  • High School diploma or equivalent.
